* MUST participate as a consignor and contribute 15 or more sale items.
* MUST work 3 of your volunteer hours on the MANDATORY RE-SORT DAY (with exception of 4 hour workers). *If pregnant please contact Debby (phone#/email above)and we will arrange another 3 hours if you so not want to work the resort day.
* To ensure the quality of the sale by retaining a sufficient number of volunteer workers, Kids Clothes Connection requires that workers fullfill their pledged obligation to work their assigned shift dates/times.
* In the event a worker does not fullfill their obligation or find a suitable replacement on their behalf, Kids Clothes Connection will deduct 30% of the workers earnings check and the worker will not be allowed to participate as a volunteer worker again.
* Workers must be ON TIME and fullfill their ENTIRE SHIFT in order to reap the benefits and escape the consequences of this worker agreement.
* If you know there is a scheduling conflict we need to know ASAP and require a 24HR notice of a shift change.
* Workers should not bring children with them to work. Exceptions have been made for nursing infants and some older kids. Must be approved by Kids Clothes Connection before signing up to work.

"MUST KNOW" WORKER INFO.
* Workers may bring their sale items on any of the receiving dates/times (Saturday morning of first receiving day WOULD NOT be a good time!). When you check in at the computer, you DO NOT need a Preview Sale ticket because you already have your special shop day. *As a worker you have an extended deadline for turning in all your sale items. Deadline is Wednesday, March 17th between 10am & 5pm. If you bring sale items on this day or any other time that is not an "official" receiving day, you will be responsible for putting items out where they belong!
* Please arrive 20 minutes before your worker shop time to sign in and receive a name tag.
* May bring a laundry basket, rolling cart, etc. to help keep up with your items.
* We prefer NO guests when you shop. If a husband OR mother (only one) would like to be with you they MAY NOT shop and MUST STAY with you at all times. This will be strickly enforced!
* All volunteers must wear a Kids Clothes Connection T-Shirt when working. First one is free, all others are $3 each. After scheduling your work shifts please email, worker@kidsclothesconnection.com with your shirt size (adult S, M, L, XL, 2X, 3X) and color preference (pink, blue, green, red).
